Te Hinengaro Te Tohu - The mind is the measure of the man!

Te Kotahitanga

Whakatauki: "Ka haere whakamua, me hoki whakamuri".

Metaphorical: The whakatauki suggests that as we move forward we must let past experiences inform our journey.

Our school is part of Phase 4 which began at the end of 2006. Twenty one other Secondary Schools (540 teachers) are also involved. Thirty One Opotiki College teachers volunteered to be involved in Te Kotahitanga Project. These teachers participated in a three day hui which involved unwrapping the project.
